Google drive won't sync after boot up or reboot? Here's my solution for this auto sync problem.

So, for some reason the auto sync doesn't activate when the Google drive desktop folder is opened on a windows 8 system after a boot up or reboot. The way I solved this problem was to simply launch the folder using the "googledrivesync.exe" application when ever I boot up my windows 8 PC, the storage location for this application should be: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Drive\googledrivesync.exe"

If you create a shortcut of the application on your desktop, just simply launch it and it will open Google drive folder. Using the googledrivesync.exe the first time you turn on your PC will initialise the sync and open the Google drive folder. 

After launching the application, take a look at the bottom right of your task bar and you'll notice that auto syncing is now active.
